Fix for DLC Old-Timers v 1.1

The loaded cart, after fixation, when dumping the load, begins to throw out four short logs, and not like now.
And as a result, you can overload them in another truck. Or download back if turned over.
Checked on the new map. In multiplayer, it should work if the EXE mod has not crashed.

Version 1.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v18 / 05/21):

Added cargo in Navco and Ford F150.
Those who do not have this fix will also see the cargo.
