Manipulator with tank for Default v 1.1

Generally prescribed for almost everyone except Mazov, Zilov and Mzkt put with a standard hitch.

2 cons:
– 1 support not working
– 2 hoses pass through the tank

Version 1.1 for Spintires: MudRunner (v10.06.19):
– Now the supports are working.
