MAZ-6317 Truck v 2.0

Refinement of the standard MAZ-6317:

– added a standard platform of the truck and a long dissolution (without short);
– added a tank for a platform for a long dissolution of 300 liters;
– added protection for 192 liters and 300 repair points;
– improved behavior of long dissolution at fracture;
– changed truck settings (differential and four-wheel drive are now permanent).

Now has 2 of its addon + 18 standard.
Replaces the standard MAZ-6317.

Version 2.0 for Spintires: MudRunner (v19.11.18):

Added protection for 192 liters and 300 repair points.
Improved behavior of long dissolution at fracture.
Changed the truck settings (differential and all-wheel drive are now permanent).
